Through his experiences of working in the food industry all around the world, and his personal discoveries in the art of cooking, Chef Siddharth has forged a style of his own.
He has absorbed his indian cultural heritage and the styles of the others cusines he has worked in, and now follows his intution as he takes these flavours to the next degree.
