The Chef
Through his experiences of working in the food industry all around the world, and his personal discoveries in the art of cooking, Chef Siddharth has forged a style of his own.
He has absorbed his indian cultural heritage and the styles of the others cusines he has worked in, and now follows his intution as he takes these flavours to the next degree.
Murgh Changezi
A dish invented during the reign of the Mughal Emperor, Changez Khan , and has carried the dynamic flavour of the time through centuries. A very rich dish made with cream, onions and dry fruits, spiced with whole Red Chillies
Gulab Jamun
This delicious treat consisting of soft, fried dumplings made of thickened or reduced milk and then soaked in a sugar syrup,made with rosewater. Topped with pistachios and served vanilla ice cream
